Refund Policies

At CSC Skill Development Center, we are committed to maintaining transparency and fairness in our refund policies for both students and franchise partners. Below are the detailed policies applicable to each group:


Refund Policy for Students

1. Course Fee Refund

  • Cancellation Before Course Start:
    If a student cancels their enrollment 7 days prior to the course start date, they are eligible for a 100% refund, minus non-refundable registration or administrative fees.

  • Cancellation Within 7 Days of Course Start:
    Refund requests made within 7 days of the course start date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total course fee.

  • No Refund After Course Start:
    Once the course has commenced, no refunds will be provided.

2. Online Courses

  • Refund requests for online courses must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Refunds will not be processed if the course content has been accessed or downloaded.

3. Class Cancellation by CSC

  • In the event of a course cancellation initiated by CSC Skill Development Center, students will receive a full refund of the course fee or the option to transfer to another course without additional charges.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

  • Registration fees, study material costs, and certification fees are non-refundable.
  • Charges for third-party tools or software are not eligible for a refund.

5. Refund Request Process

  • Email the refund request to info@cscskill.com with the subject line: Student Refund Request.
  • Include your name, course details, payment proof, and reason for the refund.

Refund Policy for Franchise Partners

1. Franchise Fee Refund

  • Before Agreement Signing:
    If the franchise application is withdrawn before signing the agreement, 50% of the franchise fee will be refunded after deducting processing charges.

  • After Agreement Signing:
    Once the agreement has been signed and the franchise setup process has begun, the franchise fee is non-refundable.

2. Training and Setup Refunds

  • Fees for franchisee training and initial setup costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.

3. Termination by CSC

  • If the franchise is terminated by CSC Skill Development Center due to non-compliance or breach of contract, no refund will be provided.

4. Termination by Franchisee

  • In case a franchisee voluntarily terminates the agreement, no refund of the franchise fee or associated costs will be issued.

5. Refund Request Process for Franchise Partners

  • Submit a written refund request to info@cscskill.com with the subject line: Franchise Refund Request.
  • Include your name, franchise location, agreement details, and payment proof.

Processing Time

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the request, subject to compliance with the terms outlined above.


Exceptions and Disputes

  • Refunds will not be granted for misconduct, violation of policies, or failure to comply with contractual obligations.
  • Any disputes regarding refunds will be subject to resolution as per the terms of the agreement.
